Contact

Book twenty minutes. No pitch, a straight answer.

Tell us how the customer journey runs today and where you suspect the leaks are. We will say plainly whether a Revenue Leakage Assessment is worth your money — and if it is not, why, and who might be.

Calls are with Calvin, not a salesperson · Monday to Wednesday · in person for a first meeting once we have spoken
Three ways to reach us
Book a call
Pick a slot that suits you. Twenty minutes, on the phone or on video, with Calvin.meetings-eu1.hubspot.com/calvin-ocallaghan
Email
Tell us the business, the revenue band and what you think is leaking. You will hear back within one working day, Monday to Wednesday — so a Thursday email is answered on Monday.calvin@founderproof.com
Take the free self-assessment first
Score the business across the six areas and receive a written view. Then book the call with the read-out in hand.Start the self-assessment
What happens after you book
Before the call
We look at your website, your public accounts and, if you are on HubSpot, how the journey is likely wired — so we do not spend your twenty minutes on discovery.
On the call
How the journey runs from first enquiry to long-term customer, where you suspect the leaks are, and what depends on one person. Then a straight answer on fit.
After the call
A short written note the same day: what we heard, whether an Assessment is worth it, and — if it is — the fixed price and a start date. You get the note even when the answer is no. Nothing else follows unless you ask for it.

Before you email a proposal request

We do not write proposals in response to briefs. Every engagement starts with the free self-assessment or a twenty-minute call, then a fixed-price Assessment. The Assessment read-out is the proposal — costed from your own data, not from a brochure.

For procurement

We respond to briefs with a fixed-price Assessment proposal rather than a bespoke pitch. A supplier information pack — company registration and VAT details, insurance, a data-protection statement, our standard terms and references — is sent within one working day of a request. We will sign your NDA before receiving any data and complete your supplier questionnaire.

FounderProof

We show you where revenue is being lost and help you fix it. A process-engineering practice for founder- and leader-led businesses in the UK and Ireland at £5–20m revenue: the customer journey mapped from first enquiry to long-term customer, then process, HubSpot and AI to make it run without relying on any single point of failure.
